Welcome to TubeRise. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use TubeRise.
1. The service
TubeRise provides tools for YouTube creators: AI-generated SEO packages, keyword research, clip suggestions, channel audits, competitor tracking, YouTube Studio analytics, and an AI Coach. Some features consume credits.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- One account per person; sharing is not permitted.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, spam, or violate these Terms.
3. Credits, pricing & refunds
- Credits are digital consumables sold in bundles. Each AI action deducts credits as displayed in the UI (e.g. 10 for an SEO package).
- Purchased credits do not expire. Daily-login-reward credits are bonuses and may change or be discontinued.
- Refunds: unused credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase, minus payment-processor fees. Used credits are non-refundable. Contact billing@tuberise.dev.
- Prices are in INR. Taxes may apply as per Indian law.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use TubeRise to:
- Generate content that infringes copyright, defames anyone, or violates YouTube's Community Guidelines.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell our platform.
- Circumvent credit limits or share your account.
- Upload malicious content or attempt to breach security.
5. YouTube integration
When you connect your YouTube channel, you authorize TubeRise to access data via the YouTube Data API v3 under the scopes you explicitly grant. Your use of YouTube is separately governed by YouTube's Terms of Service. You can revoke access anytime at Google Security Settings.
6. AI output disclaimer
AI-generated titles, descriptions, tags, and coaching suggestions are provided "as is" and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI output before publishing to your channel. TubeRise is not liable for how AI content performs, is received, or is moderated by YouTube.
7. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to content you create (including AI-generated outputs on your account). TubeRise retains all rights to the platform, brand, and code. You may not copy our design or codebase.
8. Service availability
We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Third-party dependencies (YouTube API, Razorpay, Claude API) may occasionally be unavailable.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TubeRise's total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim, or ₹500, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost views, lost revenue, etc.).
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be notified 7 days in advance.
