TubeRise ("we", "us", "our") operates the website tuberise.app and related tools that help creators grow their YouTube channels. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, hashed password, channel name, preferred language.
- Google / YouTube data (only if you connect your channel): YouTube channel ID, title, subscriber count, view count, top video metadata, analytics data — accessed via YouTube Data API v3 and YouTube Analytics API using the scopes
youtube.readonlyandyt-analytics.readonly. We never access your uploads unless you explicitly grant theyoutube.uploadscope for direct publishing. - Usage data: AI generation history (topics, generated titles/descriptions/tags/clip suggestions), competitor list, credit purchases.
- Payment data: processed entirely by Razorpay — we store only the payment ID and status, never card numbers or UPI IDs.
2. How we use your data
- Provide the core service (SEO packages, keyword research, analytics, coaching).
- Personalize AI outputs based on your niche and channel.
- Process payments and manage your credit balance.
- Send transactional emails (receipts, security alerts). We do not send marketing emails without opt-in.
3. YouTube API Services disclosure
TubeRise's use of information received from Google APIs complies with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You may revoke TubeRise's access to your YouTube account at any time via the Google security settings page.
4. AI processing
Prompts you submit to the AI SEO Generator, Clip Finder, and AI Coach are sent to Anthropic (Claude) for inference. We do not use your prompts to train models. Refer to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
5. Data sharing
We share data only with (a) infrastructure providers (MongoDB, hosting), (b) Razorpay for payments, (c) Anthropic for AI inference, and (d) Google APIs for YouTube integration. We do not sell your data.
6. Data retention
We retain your account and generated content until you delete your account. You can request deletion by emailing privacy@tuberise.dev; we act within 30 days.
7. Security
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. All traffic is HTTPS. No system is 100% secure — please use a strong password and enable 2FA on your Google account.
8. Children
TubeRise is not directed to users under 13. If you believe a child has provided data, email us and we will delete it.
9. Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from Settings or by emailing privacy@tuberise.dev.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in-app and via email at least 7 days before taking effect.
